Chastity Cage Sizing: How To Measure For Your Perfect Fit!

Choosing the right size chastity cage is essential for a comfortable and effective experience. It should be snug enough to prevent erections but not so tight that it causes discomfort or pain. When you find the perfect fit, you can wear it confidently for extended periods without issues like chafing or irritation. Here’s how to measure for your ideal chastity cage at Sissy Lux.

Cock Cage Measurements – Understanding Your Chastity Cage

To find the right dimensions, you first need to understand the key parts of a chastity cage: the ring and the tube (sometimes called the body or cage). Each part requires specific measurements to ensure a secure, comfortable fit.

Fitting Guide for the Ring

At Sissy Lux, most of our products feature either a single adjustable ring or a set of 2-5 rings in various sizes. These rings are measured by their diameter—the distance from one side of the ring to the other.

A perfectly sized ring should fit snugly behind your testicles, allowing blood flow to the penis without pinching or causing numbness or discomfort. Because the penis is round, measuring its diameter directly is tricky. Instead, we recommend measuring the circumference (the full distance around your penis and testicles) and then calculating the diameter.

Measuring and Calculating Your Cock Ring Circumference

For accurate results, take a hot bath or shower first. This keeps your penis flaccid but promotes blood flow, accounting for slight swelling as blood circulates. Measure immediately after exiting the bath or shower, before your body cools down.

You can use a cloth measuring tape, string, or ribbon. If using string or ribbon, mark where the ends meet, then measure the length against a ruler. Wrap the tape or string around the base of your penis and testicles.

Once you have your circumference, divide it by pi (approximately 3.14) to find the diameter. Here are examples of popular ring sizes:

  • Circumference behind testicles of 157mm (6.1 inches) ÷ 3.14 = ring diameter of 50mm (1.96 inches)

  • Circumference behind testicles of 141mm (5.5 inches) ÷ 3.14 = ring diameter of 45mm (1.77 inches)

  • Circumference behind testicles of 125mm (4.9 inches) ÷ 3.14 = ring diameter of 40mm (1.57 inches)

Measuring Your Penis Length for the Chastity Cage Tube

Finding the right length for the tube portion of your chastity cage is simpler. Use a straight ruler to measure from the base to the tip of your penis.

As with the ring, measure right after a hot bath or shower when your penis is flaccid but has active blood flow. Stand tall with a straight back. Place the ruler’s edge at the base of your penis, lay it flat on top, and press firmly against your pubic bone to account for any belly fat.

It can be helpful to have a partner or trusted friend assist, as reading the ruler while maintaining posture can be challenging.

When choosing a tube, don’t select one that exactly matches your penis length. Subtract 1/4 to 1/2 inch (6-13mm) from your measurement for a snug fit. For example:

  • Flaccid penis length of 4 inches = 3.5 or 3.75 inches

  • Flaccid penis length of 3 inches = 2.5 or 2.75 inches

  • Flaccid penis length of 2 inches = 1.5 or 1.75 inches

  • Flaccid penis length of less than 2 inches = 1 or 1.25 inches

The ideal tube should fit tightly but allow urine to flow freely. Your urethral opening should align with the tube’s end, and the width should prevent erections, no matter how aroused you become.

Whatever size you need, Sissy Lux has you covered. Our collection includes standard models like the Secure Sentinel, the Unbreakable Lock, and the Silent Guardian, offering various sizes for most penises. For smaller fits, explore options like the Compact Enforcer or the Stealth Mini, which conceal your device discreetly.

Consider additional features, too—our Smart Lock models offer phone app control, timers, and optional vibration functions, while the Pulse Protector provides simple electrostim capabilities.

Choosing Your Cock Cage Size

With your measurements ready, it’s time to shop at Sissy Lux! Compare your ring diameter and tube length to the sizing details on each product page to ensure a snug fit.

Pay attention to the gap—the space between the ring and tube. A larger gap suits a low-hanging or forward scrotum, while a smaller gap works for a high, tight scrotum. Most users won’t need to adjust for this, but if you struggle with comfort, the gap size can make a big difference.

When trying a new cage, wear it for a few hours and move around. Use the toilet to ensure urine flows freely. If you feel pain, pinching, numbness, or discomfort, notify your keyholder immediately. Long-term wear should be challenging but not cause lasting pain or damage.
