1) I Still Haven’t Received My Order—Where Is It?
Your sissy treasures are on their way! As noted on our product and order pages, shipping can take 15 to 60 days depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 15-20 days, but remote areas might need a little extra time. If it’s been over 60 days (excluding 2-5 days processing time), email us at info@sissylux.com, and we’ll reship at no extra cost.
2) Only Part of My Order Arrived—Where’s the Rest?

3) How Can I Track My Order?

4) Is Shipping Discreet?
Absolutely, sissy! Our packages are plain and logo-free—no Sissy Lux branding on the outside. For international shipping, we may include a small, vague label (e.g., “clothing,” “socks,” “massager”) due to regulations, but it’ll never say “chastity cage” or “sissy gear.” It’s tiny and buried in technical jargon—practically invisible!
5) Is Billing Discreet? What Will Show on My Credit Card?
Totally discreet! Your statement will show a charge from “SLux”—no “Sissy Lux” or sissy hints here. Shop with confidence!
6) My Order Says Completed, But I Haven’t Received It?
No panic needed! “Completed” means it’s processed and in transit. Check your email for tracking details. If you didn’t get a shipping notification, reach out to info@sissylux.com!
7) Can I Cancel My Order?
Sorry, babe—once an order’s placed, it can’t be canceled or changed. We process orders fast to get your goodies to you ASAP, so double-check everything before hitting “Buy”! Mistyped your address? We’re not responsible for wrong addresses provided, so verify it carefully—no credits for misdelivered orders.
8) The Tracking Isn’t Working—Why?
It’s probably working fine—you might just need the right tool! Local systems (USPS, Canada Post, etc.) won’t show updates until the final days. Use Cainiao first, or try Parcelsapp if Cainiao’s down, for real-time tracking.
9) I Didn’t Get a Shipping Notification?
Some shipping partners take 2-5 business days to update tracking info. If it’s been over 5 days since ordering and you’ve got nothing, email us at info@sissylux.com. Chances are, your order’s already sashaying your way!
10) Can I Return an Item?
Yes, but with some sissy rules! Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and shoes get a 50% restocking fee due to shipping costs. All refunds are store credit only—no exceptions. 11) What Are Your Sizes Like?
Most Sissy Lux items (clothing, shoes, etc.) follow women’s sizing, which runs smaller than men’s—key for heels and cages alike! Each product has its own size chart, so measure yourself and compare before buying. Unsure between sizes? Go 1-2 sizes up for safety. Still confused? 12) Can You Apply a Discount Code After I Order?
