At Sissy Lux, we aim to delight you with every purchase. If something isn’t perfect, our return policy is here to assist. Please review the details below carefully.


30-Day Return Window


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange—no exceptions. Act within this timeframe to qualify!


Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns. For shoes, a 50% restocking fee is charged due to high shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE: All refunds are issued as store credit with no expiration date—no exceptions.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or refuse delivery without contacting us first.


Non-Returnable Items


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:


  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Lingerie
  • Hosiery
  • Lubes, cleaners, & aphrodisiacs
  • Makeup
  • Sex toys
  • Breast forms
  • Crossdressing masks
  • Sex dolls
  • Personalized items
  • Health and personal care items
  • Latex products
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How to Return Your Item

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.


Damaged or Defective Products (If Applicable)


If you receive a defective or damaged item, email us at info@sissylux.com within 48 hours of receipt. Describe the issue in detail and attach evidence (e.g., photos or videos). We’ll work swiftly to resolve it and get you back to enjoying your Sissy Lux experience.


Refunds (Store Credit Only)


All refunds are issued as store credit only—no exceptions. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your store credit (minus applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs) will be processed and applied to your Sissy Lux account within a few days.


If an item is on backorder or out of stock, any credits issued will also be in the form of store credit—no exceptions.


Partial Store Credits (If Applicable)


Partial store credits may be granted in these cases:


  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Store Credits (If Applicable)


If your store credit hasn’t appeared, check your Sissy Lux account first. Processing times may vary, so allow a few days. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@sissylux.com, and we’ll resolve it.


Sale Items (If Applicable)


Only regular-priced items are eligible for store credit. Sale items cannot be returned or credited.


Exchanges (If Applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange merchandise for other reasons. Email us at info@sissylux.com within 48 hours of receiving a defective or damaged item, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Discount Codes


Discount codes can only be applied by customers during checkout. We cannot apply discount codes to your order after it has been placed.


Order Cancellation


Once an order is placed with Sissy Lux, it cannot be canceled or altered. We process orders quickly to deliver your items ASAP, so please review your order carefully before clicking the “Buy” button. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer and cannot issue store credit if an order is shipped to the wrong address based on the information you submit. Double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
